Interview rounds – CX Screening >> Versant (58 & above) >> CD >> Ops

Location - Return to office (work from office mandatory) – therefore Mumbai/Bangalore based candidates ONLY.

Shift time - UK Shifts & Working days - Rotational work week” (Should be flexible to work for 6 day a week as per business requirement)

Education - Graduates & Undergraduates ( with International Voice Exp )

Flexible to switch activities and roles internally within process and within the deal/project.

Job description: International Voice Process

Responsibilities:

Should solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

Should interactions are within Candidate team and direct supervisor

Will be provided detailed to a moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments and the decisions that you make that would impact Candidate work

Need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders

Required to help in the overall team's workload by managing Candidate deliverables and help the team

Will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined focused scope of work
