Engaged in handling calls Inbound Calls For US Travel Process.

Ability to work efficiently in a team environment with pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Converting Reservation query calls to sales calls.

Ability to Identify Opportunity and Implement Process Improvements

Have technical experiences and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity, and analysis.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Should have minimum B2 level for Fresher.

Possess excellent Spanish communication skills.

Possession of strong work ethics and professional attitude.

Minimum Educational Qualification: 12th Standard degree (Higher Secondary)

Should be flexible with night shift timings.
