Job Description:
Spancore Technology is looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals for our US Process – International role. If you have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working night shifts, this is a great opportunity to work in an international BPO environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls or chat/email support for US clients
Provide customer assistance and resolve queries effectively
Maintain professionalism and adhere to process guidelines
Document interactions and follow up on customer concerns
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone)
Prior experience in international BPO is a plus (freshers are welcome)
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed (for non-voice roles)
