responsibilities:

handling Inbound and Outbound International Calls

providing Timely and Accurate Solutions to Customer Queries

maintaining a High Level of Customer Service

following Up On Unresolved Issues and Escalating Them When Necessary

documenting all Interactions and Updating Customer Information in the System

requirements:

excellent Verbal Communication Skills in English

prior Experience in International Voice Process or Customer Service is Preferred

willingness to Work in Night Shifts and Rotational Shifts

strong Problem-solving Skills and Ability to Think On Your Feet

basic Computer Literacy and Familiarity with Crm Tools
