Job Title: Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process
Location: Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune

Shift: 24/7 Rotational (5-day workweek, 2 rotational days off)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via calls for international clients.
Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow standard operating procedures.
Work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Undergraduates/Graduates with 6+ months of experience in an international voice process.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Immediate joiners preferred.
Relocation cases not considered.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
