Role : International Voice Process - Trainer

Location : Tirunelveli

Work Days & Timing : Mon to Fri ( AM to PM)

Experience:

Minimum a year of experience in a medical billing voice process role.

Experience in a training or mentoring role, ideally in an international voice process environment.

Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of medical billing, and insurance verification.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and train teams effectively.

Ability to manage and handle training materials, tools, and technologies.

Proficiency in training software, learning management systems (LMS), and assessment tools.
