Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Travel Advisor to assist clients in planning and booking their dream vacations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.

- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options.

- Create customized travel itineraries that align with client expectations.

- Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after trips.

- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking or travel process.

- Develop and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and partners.

- Promote and sell travel packages, promotions, and services.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in travel industry is a must.

- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations including any international destination.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in travel booking software and online tools.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
