Experience: 6 months to 2 years in any international inbound voice process

Education: Minimum 12th class pass

Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in English

Proficiency in English language (Voice-inbound)

Ability to handle inbound calls from US-based customers

Familiarity with international travel industry (Required)

Customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude

Must be comfortable with night shift timings ( to 8 .)[Required]

Key Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their travel-related queries

Providing information regarding trains ticket booking and promotions

Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintaining a high level of professionalism and rapport with customers

Adhering to company policies and procedures
