Job Summary:

As a Ticket Booking, Hotel Booking, and Visa Inquiry Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and processing ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and visa inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Issue tickets, visas, and hotel bookings to passengers for retail and B2C customers

- Manage reservations, including processing phone and email bookings, and confirming waitlisted seats

- Provide customer service, answering questions about travel arrangements, visa inquiries, and hotel booking inquiries

- Manage GDS queues, tracking PNRS, schedule changes, and canceled messages from airlines

- Invoice tickets, ensuring payment collection

- Collaborate with team members to improve the ticketing process

- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in computer applications and ticketing software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Good organizational skills and relationship skills

- Good computer and written skills

Work Details:

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

- Location: Kamla Road and Vesu
