Job Timing: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Job Description:

As an International Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to international customers and engage in effective communication to promote and sell the company's products or services. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for meeting sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential international customers to promote products or services.

Provide information about products or services and answer customer queries.

Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the company's database.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and share feedback.

Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends.

Follow company policies and guidelines while conducting telephonic sales.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Previous experience in a telecalling or telesales role is preferred.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Ability to handle objections and provide appropriate solutions.

Willingness to work in early morning shifts (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM).

High level of motivation and a positive attitude.

Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
