• Facilitating companies’ sales by going the extra mile and meeting the assigned sales quota.
• Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the various services.
• Research oriented by understanding customers’ requirements by asking relevant questions and presenting the best solution to prospects’ requirements.
• Keeping the Prospect/ customer database maintained, updated, and regularly followed up.
• Closing the Deal and processing orders accurately using the CRM
• Preserve the company’s reputation by handling grievances and offering a prompt solution.
• Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.
Candidate Requirements
• 1+ years of experience as an International Sales tele caller or any similar role.
• If a candidate has experience in the same domain Selling tender subscriptions will be preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota.
• Very good spoken and written English communication skills
• Speaking Other international Languages will be a great advantage.
• Sound Knowledge of Indian and international companies, their product & services will be an advantage.
• Ability to use computer search tools to effectively understand prospects / clients’ product and services
• Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
• Urge to learn and upgrade the knowledge
• Minimum qualification- Graduate
