Job Title: International Voice Process

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for an International Voice Process role, requiring proficiency in both Hindi and English languages. This role involves handling customer interactions and providing solutions over the phone. Candidates must have strong communication skills in both languages, and English typing is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer queries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers.
Meet daily/weekly performance targets and service levels.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements:Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
Typing proficiency in English is required.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a voice process is an advantage.
Shift Timing:11 AM to 8 PM (Rotational shift)
Salary:
Freshers: 27,000 CTC
Experienced: 30,000 CTC
