Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell our software solutions.

- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.

- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.

- Creating database of potential prospects and clients.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any queries or concerns.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

- Proven experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the software industry.

- Strong knowledge of software products and their applications.

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

- Ability to engage and build report with clients over the phone.

- Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.

- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
