Experience in international customer service or in a call center handling international clients is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

What are the key responsibilities of the role?

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.

Maintain a professional and courteous tone while interacting with customers.

Document call details and follow company procedures for customer support.

Provide information and troubleshoot issues related to products/services.

What are the work hours?

This is a full-time role with rotational night shifts and weekend shifts as it involves working with international clients in different time zones.

What is the salary range for this position?

The salary is competitive, starting from 15,000 - 25,000 per month based on experience and communication skills. There may also be opportunities for performance-based incentives.
