Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at our office
location. The ideal candidate should have a background in BPO/Call Center sales and be able to
contribute to our sales and customer service efforts effectively.
Currently we are hiring for the profile of US Sales Process. Here are the details.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Sales and Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients via telephone calls, emails, and
other communication channels to promote our products/services.
• Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads, identify potential clients, and maintain a healthy
sales pipeline.
• Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our offerings, features, and benefits to address
customer inquiries effectively.
• Meeting Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining exceptional
customer service.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and
communications.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales
techniques and strategies.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in BPO/Call Center sales or a related field is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
