6. Counselling prospective students/inquiries for relevant courses and creating walk-ins to the Office
7. Calling on the leads generated and counseling them for relevant courses of the Universities.
8. Counsel the walk in Enquiries for admissions
9. Providing Advise related to Various courses in the Universities
10. Ensure the profitability and delivery of targets.
11. Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers
12. Handle the end-to-end cycle of student enrollment
13. Develop a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting
14. Monitor and analyze pipeline to review performance & optimize accordingly to ensure objectives are met
15. Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls
16. Create lead engagement plans and strategy
17. Study the details of each offer & stay abreast of updates to these offerings
18. Proactively connect with leads while ensuring consistent follow-ups, low Turn-Around-Time (TAT), and increased connectivity with multiple attempts
19. Update and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further to close the deals
20. Build cross-discipline relationships in the organization, partnering closely with the growth and marketing team, providing feedback and insights.
