About Role : This is a Sales role, international travel is involved according to company’s requirement.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
• Driving and delivering the sales goals of organization in alignment with company’s sales plan.
• Business Development including but not limited to generating new leads, qualifying leads and partnering with internal solution and sales team to close orders.
• Responsible for executing the sales plan and process, including coordination of all necessary internal and external resources to best position the firm to secure the business.
• Working with networking contacts, professional affiliations, industry groups and related Centers of Influence.
• Support Partners, Principals, and other stakeholders in cross-selling additional services to existing clients where appropriate Work closely with local and national marketing resources to develop effective, targeted go-to-market plans for the industry teams they support.
• Searching and qualifying opportunities with markets currently not served by the firm.
• Experience and knowledge of import export.
• Follow up with customers to understand the satisfaction level with regards to a product and services delivered.
• Maintain cross functional alignment in the best interest of organization.
• Maintain MIS and other required reports of the sales team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in English- Speaking, Writing and Reading.
• Minimum of 8 - 12 years of previous experience Agricultural Equipment’s in international Markets.
• Should have worked for Africa geographies.
• Active network of Decision maker level contacts in the Africa and the surrounding markets.
• Exhibit exceptionally strong communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in developing relationships with Agricultural equipment dealers.
