Sales Responsibilities:
- Creating Quotations as requested by Client’s.
- Follow ups over e-mails and Calls for sales to new and existing client.
- Generating leads over Cold Calling.
- Resolving issues and Queries of the clients.
- Coordination with directors for final purchase receipt.
- Taking feedback from client about delivery and quality of products.
- After sales service for Existing Clients.
- Client research and background history.
- Mailing satisfactory letter after order is completed.
- Monthly targets should be achieved
- Get registered on all Government and Multi-national companies
- Getting Vendor code from all clients.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Follow ups with old clients over e-mails & calls for chasing new requirements.
- Continuous search for new clients.
- Constantly in touch with old clients.
Requisite Skills:
Basic knowledge about Sales.
Co-ordination with the internal team and external vendors to communicate requirements, manage and review the progress, ensure the deliverables meet the expected outcome, and resolving any issues.
