Job Description:
The International Real Estate & Immigration Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies and managing the sales team in order to achieve sales goals. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of international real estate markets and immigration laws, as well as excellent sales and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate sales of international real estate and immigration services.
• Identify potential clients and develop relationships with them.
• Negotiate sale and purchase agreements, form contracts, and maintain client records.
• Monitor and report on sales performance.
• Maintain current knowledge of international real estate markets and immigration laws.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Supervise sales team and provide guidance, coaching, and training.
• Coordinate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven track record of successful sales management
