International Sales Manager

Job Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy, including market analysis, target customer identification, and sales forecasting.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of international sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.

Identify and establish new sales channels, partnerships, and distribution networks to maximize market reach.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with key international clients, distributors, and partners, providing excellent customer service and support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of international sales plans.

Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Ensure adherence to all international business regulations and trade compliance requirements.

Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
