We are a growth stage company having 25 employees with around 10MillionUS$ in turnover and having more than 1000 clients to serve.
Responsibilities:
Excellent communications skill and should have good general knowledge.
Sales B2B Agric commodities like quinoa, chia, dry fruits and spices.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Successfully create and maintain marketing materials.
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Situational leadership qualities
Previous experience in operations
Detail oriented, task master
EXPERIENCE1-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
