1. 1 to 10 years of customer service experience in B2B, B2C, Chat and email support.

2. Excellent communication and English language skills is a must. Ability to proactively co-ordinate with cross functional teams towards desired goals

3. Proven working experience as a sales agent in voice process.

4. Executing outbound calling to targeted prospects to generate qualified lead and set appointments for the Comx sales team to close the sale.

5. Experience in selling Social Media Marketing, SEO and Website packages to overseas client or anyone of these.

6. Pleasant, trustworthy and works well in a team
