Job Description

1. Make inbound and outbound calls and chat with international customer to promote and sell a product or service.

2. Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails. Consolidate existing customers base while building new customer base.

3. Monitor competitors products or services and create selling strategies for own products or service.

4. Handle customer needs and requirements.

5. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.

6. You will get the generated leads and convert into sales.
