Key Responsibilities

Assist your sales manager.

Help the sales manager to maintain a relationship with clients via emails, calls, WhatsApp & other social apps

Learn & implement new export techniques into the business.

Learn to develop new strategies to crack end users.

Understanding and fulfilling the demands of clients. Solving queries of clients.

Preparing quotations for clients.

Preparing mail drafts for clients and circulating them to other colleagues.

Mail follow-ups against the submitted quotation.

Giving the status of quotation to purchase and production team over finalization of the same.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
