Location : Ahmedabad (work From Office) , Shift : US Shift( 7:00PM/8PM TO 4:AM/5 AM)
You will be responsible -
Handling American Customers over the phone.
Accountable – should accept responsibility for tasks.
What we are looking for :
Proficient in English
Understand People speaking in an American Accent.
Good Phone skills, able to communicate with US based customers
Should be a team player.
Working knowledge of relevant computers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Persistent and Result Oriented.
Preferable MBA/BBA/PGDM/PGDCM/ stream students( 2022).(other streams can also apply ).
