Job Description

· Attending inbound calls and interacting with customers.

· Provide customers with product and service information.

· Up selling the product and closing deals.

· Research required information using available resources.

· Handle and resolve customer complaints.

· Process orders, forms and applications.

· Identify and escalate priority issues.

· Feeding and maintaining customer records in the system.

· Closing deals and bagging high incentives!
