Salary- -

Required Skills:

6 months to 2 year experience in International process

Excellent communication skills

Rotational Saturdays off and Sundays fixed off

Should be comfortable with work from office

Minimum 12th pass, graduation not required

Minimum age 18 to 30 years

Job Duties:

Managing incoming customer calls and provide accurate information

Resolve train booking queries of the customers promptly and professionally

Maintain detailed record of customer interactions
