We are looking for a dynamic International Telesales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth in international markets. Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential international customers through outbound calls to promote and sell insurance products.
Explain the features, benefits, and advantages of various insurance products to potential clients.
Handle inquiries and objections with a solution-oriented approach, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the call.
Update customer information and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and build long-term customer relationships.
Keep up-to-date with international market trends, policies, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with prospects.
Work closely with the team leader and other departments to improve sales strategies and achieve KPIs.
