Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
Contact potential customers through outbound calls and other communication
channels.
Identify customer needs and pitch relevant products or services.
Close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide excellent after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Understanding:
Stay updated with UK market trends and customer preferences.
Understand the company's products and services thoroughly to provide accurate
information.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer details in CRM
systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to align
strategies.
Share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Key Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree
preferred).
Experience: 12 years in sales, BPO, or customer service (preferably in
UK/International process).
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or UK
accent.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools like Primo or Zoho.
Availability: Flexibility to work UK shift hours.
