Job Description

*Position Overview:*

As an International Sales Executive for our Travel Process, you will be a crucial member of our sales team, responsible for generating revenue by selling international travel packages and services to individual and corporate clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Client Relationship Management:*

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand clients' travel needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.

2. *Sales Target Achievement:*

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

3. *Product Knowledge:*

- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel destinations, packages, and industry trends.

- Educate clients about available travel options, packages, and promotions.

4. *Sales Presentations:*

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.

- Provide clear and accurate information regarding travel packages and services.

5. *Booking and Documentation:*

- Assist clients with booking international flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.

- Ensure all necessary travel documentation is completed accurately.

6. *Customer Support:*

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Offer post-sales support to ensure a seamless travel experience.

7. *Market Research:*

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the travel industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
