Role & responsibilities
Taking IT Sales calls(video/telephonic) for Domestic and International markets.
Respond to clients/prospects' queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
Responsible for handling queries, and appropriate assistance for Domestic and International clients/prospects.
Onboard clients by getting relevant information and following the SOP diligently.
Understanding the client's requirements, effectively communicating solutions to their queries, and following up with them as needed.
Be the touchpoint between the client and the technical team
Escalate issues to the right person promptly.
Gather feedback and share it with our Technical, Sales, and Marketing teams
Retain clients and maintain strong relationships with them
Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI marketing/sales tools and technologies.
Preferred candidate profile
1+ years of experience in the US /International IT Sales
Grad or undergraduate with good skills and fluency in English.
Basic understanding of B2B and SaaS
Should be Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Keeping the clients engaged through the onboarding process
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough cases and calls
