Position: International Sales Executive - International Process (US Shift)

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our outbound calling teams for two key campaigns:

* US Diabetic Survey Campaign

* US Debt Consolidation

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Engage in meaningful conversations and provide detailed information based on campaign requirements.

Achieve targets and maintain high call quality standards.

Shift Timings:

Diabetic Survey Campaign: 08:30 PM to 05:30 AM (IST)

US Debt Consolidation Campaign: 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM (IST)

Desired Candidate Profile:

We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates for the following campaigns:

US Debt Consolidation :

Experience: Minimum years in outbound calling within the US Loan industry.

Freshers are also encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.

US Diabetic Survey Campaign:

Experience: Minimum 1 year in conducting outbound surveys related to diabetes or healthcare.

Freshers are welcome to apply, with relevant training offered.

Essential Skills:

Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively interact with customers.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers professionally.

Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
