We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as International Telemarketing Representatives. As an International Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers across borders to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in international markets.

Introduce and explain our products/services to potential clients.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our offerings to effectively address customer inquiries.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities through active listening and probing questions.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales approaches.

Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training sessions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in an international setting.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
