Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, end-to-end sales experience, and excellent communication skills in English. The role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales, an ability to build relationships with clients, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities in international markets.

Sell products/services to potential clients over the phone, from lead generation to closing deals.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Provide product knowledge and consultative selling to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to final sale, ensuring all documentation and follow-up tasks are completed.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.

Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in international sales, preferably in [industry/sector].

Strong track record in end-to-end sales and closing deals.

Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with international markets and cross-cultural communication.
