Timings: US Shift (8:30 pm to 5:30 am)
Salary: ₹ - ₹/annum depending on experience and product knowledge
USA-based customers will be calling a toll free number for concerns related to their electrical devices or Electronic products at home, offices, SOHO or factory.
• Customer may seek appointment with the available or nearby agent. He/she may point out issues using web camera or just over the voice calls.
• Executive will give a proper response and try to resolve customer query/ies and issues related to the electrical/electronic products and services to customer satisfaction.
• Calls may be transferred (outgoing calls) to other departments like sales, billing or commercial based out of the USA and help in coordination with the customers.
• Obtain customer information and other relevant data.
Qualifications: Male or Female candidates with BE, B Tech, M Tech or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Desired Profile: Candidates with 2-5 years' experience in related field and good command over verbal and written english. Shall prefer candidates who have handled inbound or outbound calling process.
Freshers with good electrical knowledge and fluent spoken English can also be considered.
Selection Address:
1) Candidates will be interviewed
2) Shortlisted candidates will face a written test with 100-120 words within 120 seconds on a random question or topic related to Electrical or Electronics subjects.
3) Candidates who pass the test will undergo Audio or Voice Screening to check their Voice Accent by the partner company in USA.
