As an International Calling Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between our company and international clients/customers. You will utilize your language skills and cultural understanding to build rapport, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international clients/customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance.
Receive inbound calls from international clients/customers and provide timely and accurate information.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients/customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
Utilize language proficiency and cultural awareness to ensure effective communication and understanding.
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of client/customer communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Stay updated on product/service knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients/customers.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Requirements:
