Looking For International Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. You will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and promoting our products/services to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, online research, and attending industry events.

Client Acquisition: Approach and engage potential clients to offer solutions, present company products/services, and understand their needs.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Use this information to develop targeted sales strategies.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Sales Pitch & Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing how our solutions meet their needs.

Proposal Creation: Prepare detailed business proposals, quotes, and contracts that align with customer requirements and organizational goals.

Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.

Achieve Targets: Work toward and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance objectives set by the management.

Reporting: Regularly update management on sales progress, market insights, and client feedback through reports and presentations.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
