Job Description:
Education: Min 12th passed / Any Graduation.
Pre-requisite: Excellent Communication skills.
Experience: Min 2 years experience in any international outbound/inbound voice process (Preferably worked for International Sales process)
Need Candidates with Good Speaking skills.
Working days: 6 days working, with roaster offs.
Shifts: US shift (Morning Shift) (Inbound Voice)
Work Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata
Responsibilities:-

Requirements:-
1. Proven customer care experience or experience as a Travel Sales Representative
2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
