Job Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to US customers through calls.

Meeting realistic customer expectations in terms of efficiency & accuracy.

Focus to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Must have experience in the International voice domain.

If already have outbound call experience added advantage

A positive attitude, sales skills, and the ability to quickly learn are a must.

Product knowledge, training, and skill development would be provided by the company.

Notice Period: Immediate/15days.

Requirements

Freshers to 3 years of experience in the Voice process

Excellent, analytical, listening and organizational skills

Skills:

Should Have Excellent Communication in English (Both written and Verbal).

Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Must be flexible to work in NIGHT SHIFTS

NO CAB facilities provided, Candidate must make your own transport.
