Job Title: Sr. Executive (International BPO Voice Process)
Work Location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat), INDIA
Operations: Canadian B2B Telecom Sales
Work Schedule: Mon to Fri (Night Shift only)
Salary & Compensation: Up-to 35 K + uncapped incentives + yearly appraisal + growth through IJP
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible for the acquisition of new clients & customers, retention & dealing with existing customer.
Responsible for revenue generation.
Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and references.
Listening to clients wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Creating a positive Brand Image / awareness.
Develop & Customize Proposals and close deal/account.
Meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.
SKILLS & QUALITIES REQUIRED:
Proven experience in BPO Sales OR IT - International Business Development OR relevant role
Proficiency in English
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
