Desired Candidate Profile:
�� Must possess excellent English communication & presentation skills, and be able to
communicate professionally with the team and the management.
�� Should have good experience in BPO/Call Centre (Outbound) calling.
�� A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is preferrable.
�� Team player with positive inter-personal skills.
�� Proven ability to work well under pressure to meet the deadlines/timelines.
�� Ability to multitask & focus on multiple issues at once
�� Must be a graduate with minimum 1 year of relevant experience working as agent/telecaller in outbound-voice process.
Role & Responsibilities:
�� Performing the day-to-day activities (calling/non-calling) as per the requirements.
�� Perform as per Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on daily basis.
�� Ensure the completion of tasks assigned and record on appropriate systems
�� Contributing to the growth of the company through by becoming a successful team
player.
