US Inbound Ticketing process, candidate use to take 15 to 30 calls in a day and book train tickets for US customers as per their requirements and resolve their queries.

Need candidates with excellent English communication skills.

Candidate should have minimum 6 months experience in International BPO Voice Process.

Working days: 24 working days in a month , 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday Leave .

Shifts: US shift (Inbound Voice) Fixed shift with Roster off

Incentive : Up to 50K in a month apart from salary

Salary : 18K to 22K

Training : 10 days paid training.

6-5 working days; 6 week offs in a month

Responsibilities:-

Requirements:-

1. Proven customer care experience In any International BPO or Experience as a Travel Sales Representative

2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
