Job Description: We are seeking dedicated candidates with fluent English-speaking skills to manage customer inquiries and provide assistance over the phone in an international voice process. This is an on-site role during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Follow up to resolve customer concerns promptly.
Requirements:
Fluency in English.
Previous customer service or call center experience (preferred but not required).
Willingness to work from the office during night shifts (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Additional Details:
Shift: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
Days Off: Fixed Saturday and Sunday
