Job Opening: Senior Sales Executive (Online Sales/Telesales Only)

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi, India

About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to patients, doctors, and healthcare professionals

who visit our platform and submit their requirements. This role involves interacting with customers to understand their

needs, providing comprehensive information about our products, and facilitating the deal closure process. Collaboration

with team members to identify opportunities and execute strategies to expand Mediseller's client base is a key aspect of

this role.

Responsibilities:

- Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements.

- Provide comprehensive information about products and guide customers through necessary processes.

- Collaborate with the team to identify and capitalize on opportunities for expanding the client base.

- Maintain a database of incoming leads, closed clients, and refill orders for the assigned category.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).

- Proficiency in digital media tools such as emails, MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.

- Prior experience in tele-sales, tele-calling, BPO, online sales, customer support, or other customer-facing roles.
