• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

• Continuously monitor sales performance and take proactive measures to achieve targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

3. Sales Pipeline Management

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base

• Qualify leads, conduct product presentations, and negotiate contracts over calls

• Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records

4. Product Knowledge and Expertise

• Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages

• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and effectively communicate their value to customers

5. Collaboration and Reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to drive sales initiatives

• Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy and process improvement

6. Continuous Learning and Professional Development

• Actively seek opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge through training programs, workshops, and industry events
