Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon), India

Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension for another 6 months

Start Date: 1st June 2024

Salary: Approx. 30-40k per month

Qualifications:

MBA/Semi-Qualified/Post-Grad/CA

1-2 years of experience in Internal Audit with a strong understanding of risks and controls

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of risk management processes and internal controls

Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance operational efficiency

Prepare audit reports documenting findings and recommendations for management review

Participate in client meetings and effectively communicate audit results to stakeholders

Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure audit processes remain current and effective

Requirements:

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, particularly for interacting with US clients

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Inquisitive mindset with the ability to ask probing questions

Flexibility to work odd shift timings and willingness to initially work from the client's office in Gurugram for training
