Has worked in BIG4 consulting firm for at least 2 years.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills around complex business issues

Project, and time management skills.

Effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and skills presenting findings and recommendations.

Ability to effectively influence individuals to action at different levels of internal and external organizations.

Flexibility, adaptability, and comfort in dealing with new business areas and situations.

Work location - Bangalore

Hybrid work model 1 Week WFO + 3 weeks WFH

UK Shifts (3 PM-12 PM) / US Shifts (6 PM to AM) - Subject to Business requirement.

Education/Work Experience:

1. CA with 5+ years of relevant experience (Highly Preferred)

2. MBA Finance only (with minimum 7+ years of relevant SOX experience)
