Position: Audit Manager
Experience: 3-5 Years in an Audit Firm
Location: Coimbatore
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage audit engagements for a variety of clients across different industries.
• Plan and execute audits in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports.
• Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in auditing standards and regulations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of audit methodologies and processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in an Audit firm.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
