We're Hiring Architectural Interns!

The Fortune Group is looking for passionate and eager-to-learn Architectural Interns to join our team.

Internship Details:

Number of Vacancies: 3 - 5 (This role may convert to a Full-Time Opportunity)

Duration: 6 Months (Paid Internship)

Types of Ongoing Projects:

1. Residential Township with Villas, Apartments

2. Individual Villas

3. Commercial interiors (Offices)

4. Hospitality - Restaurants and cafes

What We're Looking For:

- Students pursuing a degree in Architecture

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit

- Proficiency in SketchUp along with a rendering tool like Enscape or Lumion or Vray

- Familiarity with modeling software like Rhino and Grasshopper will be preferred.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

- Enthusiasm for learning about construction processes and project management

What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with various teams including design, procurement, services, and field operations

- Assist project architects in day-to-day operations and design projects

- Participate in site visits and inspections

- Help with document control and project reporting

- Contribute to cost estimating and scheduling tasks

- You'll also have weekly sessions with the head Architect to understand practical aspects of construction and creating appropriate technical drawings for the same
