Must have technical skills:

● Min 3 years of experience in building web-based applications with React

● Good command on code management using git, eslint, and other tools

● Have developed and deployed high performing and secured frontend application using React js

● Practical experience with React hooks, Webpacks, build system, Styled component is needed

● Ability to work in an agile environment and aligned to work an environment where requirement keeps getting changed

● Good command of task management tools like Jira (and other Atlassian offered tool), Trello, and Slack for communication

● Comfortable writing testable code and good at writing unit & integration test script for the same

● Good command at various design library and capable to build a good looking websites

Good to have technical skills:

● Hands-on in managing production servers is strongly needed.

● Typescript based coding background

● Next js working experience

● Explore deployment of the application using CI/CD pipeline and Tools like Vercel & Netlify is needed.

● Practical knowledge of tools to manage traffics on production and crash reporting of bugs

Must have soft skills:

● You understand that communication and collaboration are your biggest responsibilities as an engineer and actively focus on achieving shared context

● Critical thinker with the ability to break down complex technical requirements.

● Capable to organize and document tasks on Jira and communicate clearly to the team.

● High fluency in spoken and written English

● Must adhere to professional etiquette like email etiquette, communication etiquette, phone etiquette

● Flexible working on different time zone (primarily US & UK)
